Telehealth Options: Marketing Campaign

The world of healthcare is evolving to be more remote and virtual—just like everything else that consumer's encounter and interact with right now. The pandemic only accelerated this timeline, meaning Telehealth Options needed to ramp up their advertising and patient recruitment efforts to capture as much of this new niche of healthcare as fast as possible.

Their business model involves marketing to large brokers & firms, and to large universities & independent companies in order to acquire a large volume of already vetted users. I created the assets and UX/UI for multiple websites, as well as various print and digital advertising collateral.

It was a fun challenge to map out 3 entirely unique user experiences: one targeting brokers, one targeting businesses/schools, and one targeting the end-user (patients).

Early returns have been extremely encouraging, as they have surpassed year-one goals within 4 months.
